"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Nice. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the sea with mountains in the backdrop (though there is a cemetery visible from the balcony). The apartment is well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a comfortable living space-making it ideal for two families or a group of friends. Indoor parking is included.There is also a TV and a washing machine, though no washing powder or capsules were provided. A coffee machine is available, but no coffee pods or powder were included. Despite these minor inconveniences, the apartment was a great choice for our stay."

"There was no kettle, which was surprising, so I had to boil water in a saucepan every day. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, no washing powder or coffee supplies were provided. Another challenge was communication—there is no reception, as this isn’t a hotel, and the owners seem to have assignedn an agency to manage check-ins. The agency only communicated in French, which made coordination (especially regarding arrival times) a bit difficult. I managed by using Google Translate, but in the tourism industry, basic English is a requirement (at-least while messaging). That said, once we arrived at the apartment, everything went smoothly. The assigned contact person met us, showed us the parking spot, and walked us through the apartment. Despite the minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay."

"Posizione ottima in collina. Panorama eccezionale dalla terrazza. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che si può necessitare. Il garage è un plus veramente utile. Comunque, la zona è ben collegata dagli autobus pubblici. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il bld des Anglais. Piccolo supermercato, panettiere, pizzeria a due passi. Appartamento silenziosissimo e di qualità. Torneremo sicuramente"

"Die Lage war super. Die Busstation war nur ca 100m entfernt. Im Tabakladen konnte man eine Wochenkarte für den Bus kaufen. Mit Bus und Tram kam man schnell und einfach ins Zentrum von Nizza."
